1 WARNING: Combat sports present the risk of injury. Use of these products does not guarantee injury prevention. The user, therefore, assumes all risks of injury to self or others. BMS GEAR (Battle Mountain Sports). assumes no liability for any injury, damage, and or death suffered while using these products.

2. PRODUCTS & CUSTOM MANUFACTURING
All products listed on BMS Gear are custom manufactured as per client specifications.
a) We are a Custom Manufacturing Factory, not a ready-stock retail store. All products are made on order with your custom logo, colors, sizes, and designs.
b) Our R&D Department designs fine quality products as per pre-defined design parameters & standards using top quality materials.
c) Minor variations in color (5-10%) may occur due to leather nature and screen resolution. This is not considered a defect.
d) Product images are for illustration. Actual product may slightly vary due to custom requirements.

3. PAYMENT TERMS
Our standard payment terms are as follows:
a) 50% advance payment required to confirm your order and start production.
b) 50% balance payment due before dispatch of the product. We will send you final product photos/videos before balance payment.
c) For sample orders under $200, 100% advance payment is required.

All bank charges outside Pakistan must be paid by the buyer.

4 SAMPLES & MOCKUP / DESIGN SERVICES

a) Custom Mockup / Design Services: We offer FREE custom mockup and design services. Our expert design team will create 3D mockups as per your brand needs.
b) Custom Labeling & Printing Services: We offer FREE printing and labeling for simple designs (one-color screen print / woven label). Complex designs may have extra cost.
c) Sample Policy: Sample charges apply. Sample price will be deducted from your bulk order (if order is 100+ pcs). Sample lead time: 5-7 days.

5 PRODUCTION & DELIVERY
a) Production Time: 15-20 working days after confirmation of advance payment and approval of mockup.

Shipping: Worldwide shipping via DHL, FedEx, UPS, or cargo. Shipping cost calculated based on weight and destination.
c) Delivery time after dispatch: 5-7 days via courier, 20-30 days via cargo.
d) BMS Gear is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs clearance, or force majeure.
e) Title and risk pass to buyer once goods are handed to courier.
